Jaren Watts

jaren_scholarship1Jaren is a 2018 graduate of Lancaster High School. He plans to attend Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC.

He is the son of Rodney and Anita Watts.

About the Barr Street High School Foundation

The Barr Street High School Foundation, Inc. was formed in 2011 with the mission to perpetuate the historical legacy, educational traditions and cultural heritage of Lancaster Training School and Barr Street High School. For the community the Foundation serves as a reminder of a school that served its students from 1921 to 1970 with great pride.

The nonprofit organization, through its donors, has now awarded scholarships to graduating seniors in the Lancaster School District for five consecutive years.
