semaj_scholarshipSemaj is a 2018 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School. He plans to attend the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC.

He is the son of James Dibgy and Josephine Cooper.

About the Barr Street High School Foundation

The Barr Street High School Foundation, Inc. was formed in 2011 with the mission to perpetuate the historical legacy, educational traditions and cultural heritage of Lancaster Training School and Barr Street High School. For the community the Foundation serves as a reminder of a school that served its students from 1921 to 1970 with great pride.

The nonprofit organization, through its donors, has now awarded scholarships to graduating seniors in the Lancaster School District for five consecutive years.
